Account data: your name, business name, email address, and billing details when you subscribe to a plan.

Conversation data: the WhatsApp messages exchanged between your business and your customers that pass through our automation engine, including text, and — on the Scale plan — audio, images, documents, and video shared for the purpose of generating a response.

Usage data: technical logs such as device type, IP address, and timestamps used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To deliver the service — routing messages, generating AI replies, booking appointments, and syncing your calendar.

To improve reliability and safety, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse or fraud.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your customer conversations to train third-party advertising models.

Messages may be processed by large language models to generate responses. Content is sent only as needed to produce a reply and is not retained by our model providers beyond what is required to complete the request.

You remain the controller of your customer data; Novadesk acts as a processor on your behalf.

Conversation history is retained for the lifetime of your account so your AI agent keeps context, unless you request deletion.

When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records.

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging, AI model providers) strictly to operate the service, under contracts that require them to protect your data.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

You can opt out of non-essential communications without affecting your service.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and will notify you promptly of any breach affecting your data.
